Hi, my name is Nate Hibbard and I have been helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Central Montana real estate since 2021. Outside of real estate, I take any opportunity to gather my family and go out to enjoy the Montana outdoors. Whether it is running around in the mountains on ATVs, fishing, or hunting there is always something to do. I really enjoy talking with clients moving in from out of state and all the great things to look forward to living in Montana!
My reasoning for getting into real estate is a simple one, it was because I purchased my first home! I fell in love with the process and everything about it. My wife on the other hand was very anxious and scared and I was able to see that side personally. Due to this, I have made a great effort to work with first-time home buyers to bring a more educational experience to them, and one that makes my clients feel heard and understood. The ability to guide people through and achieve their goal of home ownership is one I take great pride and joy in. Hopefully, I'll get to work with you as well one day!
